Exactly what I was looking for

And more. So much control over blending what you add into the original photo (color, fade, etc.). More mirror-effects than I thought thered be, all with settings to create the look you want.

My only complaint: while editing in FX Mode, to reach editing options on the right (Flip X/Y Axis, Color, Mask) you swipe left. However, the area allotted to scrolling right/left is very slim and VERY close to the tops of the sliders (for brightness, opacity, etc.). More often than not, I accidentally max out the left-most slider instead of scrolling. Easy to fix, but frustrating.

My only wish: Id love to have an easier way to zoom/pan the image no matter which mode Im in (FX Mode or Reflect Mode). Currently the only way to do this is to edit a Mask (can be on any layer/effect), which will allow you to zoom/pan. The zoom will stay when you choose other things to edit. To change back, edit any Mask. This works, but feels clunky compared to how much control you otherwise have with editing.

This app does exactly what I wanted, I got more than I expected, and the app is regularly maintained. Well worth the price IMHO, and I would recommend getting it if you want to add reflections to your images.
